Simplicity is Divinity
In a world where our attention and energy is split so many ways, and our nervous systems are constantly under assault, the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, yogic philosophy, and some simple modern truths have much to offer us. It doesn't have to be complicated. The path to a life you love starts with learning to discern self from not-self, to be able to cut through the noise. You have a body, ways you spend your time, all these worldly possessions... but you are not those things. You are pure consciousness, the soul, the pure awareness... And THAT is Divine.

Live in Alignment
By learning to discern between self and not-self, we are able to discover and live in integrity with our most authentic selves. This creates the right conditions for us to discover our purpose (dharma), gain material needs (artha) from following dharma, experience happiness and pleasure from this foundation (kama), and advance towards finding your bliss (moksha). These are the four aims of life according to Ayurveda.

Find Your Bliss
If you are ready to intentionally embark on the journey to co-create a life you love, you've come to the right place. At Blissfull Wizard, we'll help guide you in reimagining your life according to our proprietary Bliss Life Model which has 5 main elements:

Our Main Tools:
Ayurveda
Ayurveda is an ancient holistic medicine practice that originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. It emphasizes looking at every individual as exactly who they are, and gaining and understanding of their natural state of balance, and the ways they may currently be out of balance. With a regard for getting them back into balance... Ideally before concerns progress to the state of a full-blown illness that western medicine would recognise.
Yoga
Yoga philosophy has much to offer us all. Before the physical postures that are so popular in western culture (asana), a true practitioner of yoga first engages with the yamas and niyamas... 2 of the 8 limbs of yoga that come before asana. At the core is the idea of taming the fluctuations of the mind so that we may abide in our own form (isvara pranidhana). A part of this involves a union of the lower self with the Higher Self... Which I'll often refer to as your most authentic self.
Food as Medicine (Ahara)
Ayurveda says that the same thing may act as poison or medicine depending on proper use, quantity, and context. Learn how to avoid poison, and access medicine when and how you need it (in the form of what you eat and drink on a daily basis).
Breathwork and Meditation
Cultivate awareness, which also means awareness of who YOU are. Tap into your own divine energetic life force (prana), and spend some time with yourSELF, and therefore strengthening your ability to tell "self from not-self". This discernment helps see through the illusion that may be keeping you stuck in survival mode and stopping you from creating a life you love.
Lifestyle Practices (Vihara)
Small, intentional changes to build the right habits are the key to lasting transformation. From morning routines that set the tone for the day to evening wind-down practices that promote deep rest, your habits act as anchors in a fast-moving world. Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of daily habits (dinacharya) to strengthen our body, mind, and spirit... And set you up to receive and achieve the contents of your wildest dreams.
Financial Literacy Education
The ability to use money as a tool to help you achieve your goals is crucial in the society we live in. We offer 1 on 1 personal financial coaching to anybody in search of financial freedom. We stand strongly in the belief that financial literacy should be made accessible to all people. It doesn't have to be complicated.
Conscious Business Coaching
We offer conscious business coaching, geared specifically towards healing practitioners who may not have a prior business background, but find themselves in the position where building their own entrepreneurial venture is the best thing for themselves and their clients long-term. We aim to teach you what you need from a classical business standpoint... But with awareness of the harm the colonial capitalist patriarchy may cause if left unchecked. Build a business that honors the sacred gifts you have to offer the world. A business that allows you to be a good steward of yourself and your medicine. This means moving from an extractive paradigm, into a paradigm that values sacred reciprocity.
Ethical Travel Guidance
We understand, and encourage the desire to continue to explore the world we live in. BUT, it is important to do so in right relation with yourself and others. There is much to learn from other cultures, and if we truly value those cultures and the humanity of people everywhere, we have a responsibility to minimize the harm that could be caused by engaging in uninformed, unaware, or superficial ways. Many of these things apply at home, as well as abroad. Ideas like: Shop local to keep the money in the community, interact with respect and compassion, consider that everybody has something you might learn from them if you are really listening.
